Exercise is a powerful tool for a healthy mind and body; move your body daily. Get enough sleep for your body. The magical number is different for everyone but find the perfect time by exploring what your magical number is (often 7-8 hours a night). Try to learn something new daily. This can be reading a research article, practicing a new language or anything really just learn something every single day. Meditiate, be mindful and/or take time for yourself every day. This can be as much as taking time in the shower to just feel the water without letting your mind wander and just being in the moment. Nourish your relationships by reaching out to the people that you care about and tell them why you care. Eat moslty nutritious food. If you want your mind and body to work correctly you must fuel and water it correctly. To figure out how much water you need, take half your body weight and that is how many ounces of water you need daily. Lastly, set goals that you can work at a little each day. This focus will help you move in a positive direction daily.
