The opposite of addiction is not sobriety, it is support. Support looks different for everyone. Support comes in many different forms, it can be family, a peer support, medical doctor, friends, spirituality, religion, support groups, sponsors, mentors, coaches, animals, exercise, and/or anyone that cares about your wellbeing. Find your people or group where you fit in and that the people support you and pour your effort into that. If you do not have a person or space you fit into you will need to be vulnerable and ask to join, you'll be happy you did.
